The fine print
Guest who will stay in our hotel for 3 nights or more, can enjoy a normal car shutlle service to the airport or train station. It is a one time service and if the guests need to upgrade to a mini-van ,there will be 100yuan extra charge. The shuttle service must be arranged a least 1 day prior to arrival.

Everything about my stay was great, but best of all were the staff. Especially Kimberley and Emma, who helped me out a lot with my booking. Everyone there was friendly, professional, in good spirits, and they treated me like an honoured guest at all times. I felt very welcome there. The breakfast was amazing every morning and such a variety of delicious food, great value for money, just like the room. I also had a tasty lunch there, and noticed how popular their dinner service was every night. An excellent and central location. They can organise pick up and drop off from Tianfu International Airport, which is an hour away, at a very reasonable rate. Bottom line: I cannot wait to stay here again, as the Wenjun Courtyard Hotel experience was pivotal to my enjoyment of Chengdu and gave me a great first impression of China and this incredible city. Thank you all and I hope to see you again soon.

The team went above and beyond, some of the kindest service I've had. Thank you Zoe, Kimberly, and Joe. Facilities were clean and well-maintaned, the location and area were good, and the customer services speak English well and gave us good recommendations for things to do in Chengdu. There was a small issue where the room type I originally booked wasn't available upon arrival. However, the management handled it very professionally by upgrading us to a better room. I appreciate their effort to resolve the situation smoothly. I'm already thinking about my next trip to Chengdu, and I'll 100% stay here again and would recommend my friend to also stay here if they go to Chengdu.

We stayed in this beautiful structure for three days and we had a really great time. The rooms are wonderful, the breakfast is excellent and freshly prepared. The staff is nice and loving, Zoe, Kimberly and Joe were always available to give information and solve problems, always in a nice and kind way.

I am English speaking with a little Chinese. I enjoyed my 5 days at this hotel. Excellent hotel stay - better than 5 star. Frank, Kimberley, Zoez and Joey at Front Office can always answer all my queries in English. Efficient, proficient and hard working team. Food at breakfast and dinner were delicious - kudoes to the great Chefs. Md Chwee Hua and her team members serve us our food and drinks everyday in the beautiful courtyard. Excellent service with beautiful smiles everytime. 1. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. 2. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Tonghuimen metro station. All metro stations have signs in English. Green taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced. We are coming back again. Definitely.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The staff, Frank, Zoe, Kimberly and Joey were all exceptional. They helped us immensely with bookings, taxis, directions and general advice and all this in fluent English. Excellent food.
